In this workshop, we will explore the polarities between ‘doing’ and ‘non-doing’, the dance of Yin and Yang energies within the Yoga practice. The concept of ‘right’ effort teaches us the importance of finding balance between effort and ease, on the mat, and in our day to day lives.
